Alert settings that fit real operations
Each monitoring point has separate conditions for opening an event and for notifying people, cutting false alarms without missing real ones.
- Two sets of limits
- Monitoring limits open anomaly events; notification limits alert staff. Each can have its own delay.
- No-monitoring and no-notification windows
- Set time windows by day of the week, for example for scheduled defrost cycles or outside business hours.
- Pause a monitoring point
- Pause a single monitoring point while its equipment is being repaired or moved.
- Offline detection
- Regularly checks that every monitoring point is still reporting, and flags any point that sends no readings.
- Repeat reminders and recovery notices
- Unhandled anomalies trigger repeat reminders at gradually longer intervals, and a recovery notice can be sent when readings return to normal.

Voice calls are placed with text-to-speech, and the person who answers confirms with a keypress; unconfirmed calls are redialed automatically. Each site supports up to 12 numbers, with configurable calling hours.
Maintenance center: every anomaly has an owner
Anomaly events open tickets automatically. Assignment, comments and photos all stay on one ticket, which closes automatically when readings recover.

- Daily checklist
- Generated automatically at 00:00 every day. It flags whether recording was continuous and whether the curve is flat, is signed off by staff and then a supervisor, and can be printed.
- Monthly report
- Generated automatically on the 1st of each month, with two-step sign-off. The PDF includes a cover page, maintenance records, data and curves, and can carry your organization’s logo.
- Excel export
- Export monitoring records, daily min/max values and record queries to Excel. A monthly summary PDF is also available.
- Calibration checks
- On-site calibration check reports and labels, with the result of every check retained.
Permissions and activity log
Role permissions
Roles such as system administrator, supervisor, staff and viewer, with create, view, edit and delete permissions set per page and visibility limited to specific sites.
Mapped to your organization
Company, region, site group, site and monitoring point: a five-level structure that maps to campuses, floors and departments. Monitoring points are managed separately from hardware, so history and calibration offsets are kept when a sensor is replaced.
